17 - The Star

17 ~ The Star:~ A star burns ever so brightly above a crystal pure pool in the woodland on this frosty winters night. There is a beautiful Sidhe, wings glistening with the magick of the star, quite positively bathing in its starlight. In a truly enchanted fashion she pours water from her two chalices, one into her bowl the other back into the pool, giving meaning to that which we take we should replace, this one is for me and that one goes back to nature. Thus giving hope to future generations to come. The depiction of the Star just positively oozes a sense of alchemical magick coming into play here, for when we break down water into its base elements we get H2O, hydrogen and oxygen, both are also elements of the air that we breathe. Now there is reason behind this, and that reason is Aquarius! Aquarius unlike its name may suggest is not a water sign but an air sign and because of this fusion Aquarius is a chilled out soul with bright prospects ahead, quietly confident with an almost serene sense of tranquillity and optimism. All around the pool we see St. John’s Wort growing profusely showing that it offers us a powerful protection spell in all that we love and helps us to attain happiness in life. A goldfish jumps high out of the water and he obviously represents gold, wealth and prosperity in all that you would hope to achieve in life.
