Hello All...!

Featured Replies

Hi guys, I'm Crystal. I've always been naturally intuitive and into astrology and supernatural matters, but didn't know much regarding what tarot was truly about.  Like most, for a while I carried around the incorrect assumptions that the cards would summon the devil, bring about bad things, etc.  After discovering that it's a tool of guidance to further enhance and work in conjunction with one's own natural abilities, what started out as mere curiosity quickly grew into more. FAST. I've been reading tarot off and on for about 8 years now. I stopped for almost a year after my mother's sudden death in December 2018, as I lost all motivation and was completely drained in every which way -- mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.  I went into a complete downward spiral -- threw my cards away, deleted my website, the whole nine.  A huge part of me felt that since she AND my father were gone {he had passed 2 years prior to her}, I had nothing else good to offer anyone, specifically when it came to tarot.  Fortunately, I started to miss it a few months ago.  I started getting emails from past clients wondering where I'd gone, if I was okay, could I help them, etc.  It was nice to know that even after so much time had gone by, I was still needed.  As I'm sure you all know, when you do what you love, that little flame inside NEVER goes away.

Anywhooo...enough yapping your ears/eyes off.  As crazy as it sounds, I never knew this forum existed before today!  I wish I had, as I'm sure you guys could've helped me gain experience and more insight along my tarot journey.  Be that as it may, I'm here now.  I'm really looking forward to getting to know you guys and making my way around the forum.  Thank you in advance for having me, and blessings to you all!

Hi and welcome to TT&M @ThePerceptivePsychic

I'm sorry to hear that you lost both of your parents, and within such a short span of time as well.  :animated-smileys-hug-002:But, I'm glad that you have found your way back to tarot, and that it led you here! TT&M is a great place to broaden your horizons, and interact with others that share the same interest(s). 🙂

Thank you so much for the warm welcome. It really means a lot. I’m glad I’m here as well, but it’s a bit overwhelming (in a good way) because there’s so many of you and so much good threads to read through! I’m like a kid in a candy store. LOL. I don’t know where to start!

Welcome to TT&M, @ThePerceptivePsychic! It's great to have you here.

Your tarot journey sounds like it was rough and I can't imagine what it would be like to go through what you did. I'm happy that tarot is a part of your life again and I hope that you continue to find joy and positive energy in all aspects of your life!

@ThePerceptivePsychic, hi and welcome! Your arrival resulted in a dog dressed as Winnie the Pooh. This bodes well.
