She wants to know if she 'has' to make a career switch and if so, what would be a good career for her. Most spreads I find online are general career spreads and I would like to get a bit more in depth with it. Hope you wonderful peeps can help me out!

It requires that you know quite a bit about the person's background and ambitions, but it may be more than you want to bite off.
