Lisa Hunt Fairy Tale Tarot coming back into print?

I've been looking for this deck forever, and during my weekly 'Let's see if anyone's selling it for less than my month's rent' Google session I stumbled across a listing on Bookdepository - apparently the German edition is going to be reprinted? Not as ideal as if it were the English version (seriously, publishers, get on that!!) but the English Guidebook is on the Fool's Dog app, I think, so - better than nothing, right?

Apologies if this is old news! I searched the forum and couldn't find a thread mentioning it, but it's very possible that I missed it.

Thanks for sharing! I’m sure many will be happy to hear this!

I hope so, I sure was! I preordered it - weirdly enough the actual publisher (Arun Verlag) still says it was supposed to be reprinted in 2018, which it clearly wasn't, but... I'm just going to hope for the best! Bookdepository probably knows more than we do.

I hope so... That's where they listed a reprint of Fantastic Menagerie for literally years even though MRP kept asking them not to.

I seem to recall @Nemia knew something about this reprint? Tagging in case more info can be shared.

Hm - the publisher's site, as you say...:

I'd email them if I were you.

I did - I also checked Bookdepository's FAQ to make sure I'd be able to cancel the preorder if it turns out to be wrong information. I'll be sure to tell you guys when I hear back from the publisher!

Yeah! I never jumped on that because I don't speak Spanish, and I figured it'd be in print for a long time so I'd still be able to get it if the English version never came back - that's partially why I jumped on the German version right away lol. But I'll email the publisher... Gregory's right it might be too good to be true.

Bookdepository, for all their insanities, always give money back if something vanishes and they can't get it.

I just got a reply from the publisher, saying all reprints and new publications are on hold until things calm down with COVID19. He didn't say it wasn't coming, though, so... fingers crossed? Probably not any time soon, though, which is fair. It's a challenging time for everyone.

I wrote them a mail some time ago and they answered that they're planning to re-print it. I hope that will happen soon! I look at the site regularly. Nothing. What a pity.
