This may be a deck specifically made for Keen. I did find a customer support number (877-533-6435) if someone in the US wants to call them and ask!

The site translation on their about page states: The cards we use in our services are hand-painted by a painter separately for us, so you certainly can't meet them anywhere else. Are you guys sure this isn't a pirated deck? It's got that generic LS/Llewellyn art style. And those Kings look like the work of someone who was missing a scan and improvised something.
