Barleywine Posted June 15, 2020 Posted June 15, 2020 Someone online gave me the notion that a three-card line resembles the three windows of an old-time slot machine that roll up randomly when you pull the lever. I decided to make a spread that emulates it, using three stacks of six cards and a single six-sided die. Deal 18 cards any way you choose into three equal piles, roll the die for each pile and, counting down from the top, find the card that matches the number of spots that came up. Form the line and read it the same way you would any three-card sequence.
