I'm of legal age and hail from a hot and humid island nation in Southeast Asia, where the mangoes grow the sweetest. Back in 2018, I got curious about tarot in fiction due to being a fan of Persona 3. And so, I expressed my interest to my bestie. We've been reading tarot on and off together for the past years. Joining a community to learn and grow alongside other readers sounds like a fun and worthy use of my free time this year. I look forward to getting to know people here and learning more~

I've been reading tarot for years, but still consider myself a newbie. I just haven't put in the practice I need to, and don't trust my instincts, though I know I need to practice that too. I'm hoping by reading and joining in conversations I can expand my knowledge and trust myself more.

Hi! I've reading cards for four years now. I joined this forum because I enjoy studying my decks but would love to share what I learn, and learn from others, too. That said, where are the Study Groups for specific decks located on this forum? I clicked around but didn't manage to find that. I want to make a study group for my home deck, the Dreaming Way, if one hasn't been made already. It's the deck I learned RWS-style tarot with, and I don't think it's possible to outgrow it (from my experience). It's one of those decks that you can read for quick and dirty divination if you want to, and you can also dive ever deeper into if you want to. Or if study groups a…

Hello everyone, I am pretty new to this subject. I had some exposure to cards when I was younger, but I have never done a personal study of them. I did have a somewhat bad experience when I was 17 with a reading that very ominous. This made me very hesitant for a long time to continue any sort of study, but that was many years ago and I don't think a person should spend their whole life afraid of something. So here I am and I am looking forward to learning new things from everyone.

Hello everyone! My name is Alandra and my Tarot journey begun around 9 years ago. I consider myself an intuitive reader, but still a learner and not a professional since I have only been reading for myself and friends and family . I have just begun reading for strangers for learning purposes, and I am enjoying it very much. I see that many of you introduce yourselves by mentioning your zodiac signs and other astrological characteristics. All I can say is that I'm Gemini with a hint of Leo 😄 Simply because astrology is something that I have yet to learn. I am here to explore, ask questions and feel like I belong, since there aren't many to talk to about anythin…

I'm new here. I've been interested in the tarot since 2015 and I've been using it on and off since then. I'm thinking of being more involved in the practice since last year and I've been looking for communities that share the same passion - I still remember the aeclectic tarot forum from before and I wanted to find something similar, and then I found this! 😆 I'm so glad I came upon this site. I look forward to learning from you all, and maybe reading for you in the future. Haha.

Hello 🙂 I am glad to be here! I have been on the search for a tarot community online and had been lucky enough to come across this community here. It has such a beautiful outline and I am already loving the atmosphere here ♥️ Now, I have recently begun to study the art of divination (three months ago) and have been practicing for two months. I have been inspired to study tarot so that I can see if I could do it and I could do it. I didn’t need to solely be psychic to be able to read tarot and have accuracy in it. However, I have noticed that it has help to build a relationship to my intuition but I rely on what I have learned to do the interpretation 😄 Anyways, I am glad …

I am a recent high school graduate that is from the NWT in Canada. During the summer of 2021 I bought myself my first tarot deck, and ever since I had been hooked to learn and practice more. I am definitely far from where I want to be in regards to mastering tarot and understanding, however I feel as if I made some progress on my own by developing and awakening my intuition. Nevertheless learning on my own only goes so far, which is why I decided to sign up and join this amazing community in hopes from learning from y'all. I look forward to interacting and learning with y'all 🙂❤️ .

Hi everyone. After spending my whole life as a christian I recently turned theist. My spiritual awakening happened all over two years ago and since then I've been on this "weird" journey! I recently got into using Tarot as a way to tap into the "spiritual knocks" I was receiving but didn't always know how to interpret. I currently own 3 decks and I am probably in the minority of people who love a thin card stock lol...like playing cards. Im excited to learn more about Tarot and be a part of this community!

I'm very pleased to find a forum where tarot folks can meet, share and learn 🙂 I'm Tam, and I'm embracing Tarot for my own soul journey (after going through multiple periods of scepticism and rejection). Numerology is also an interest - while mathematics is not my strength, I do love the simplicity and directness of cardinal numbers 😅 I'm also trying to get my head around astrology, as I embrace the possibility of energetic influence. I look forward to meeting with you all!

Hi I'm Mikey, I started with the cards back in 72. More recently I have been giving readings, I never offer but am sometimes approached, for about 5 years now. I use a combination of Jung, an Open Reading, and subconciousness to read. I love to discuss Tarot and have been looking for a Friendly place. I hope this can be it. As my grandfather said, if you don't learn something new each day, you must be dead!

Hello everyone, I come from the world of astrology, and tarot was never something I was too interested in. Just recently, I happened to see something about Derek Walters' Fortune Teller's Mah Jongg deck (no longer available), and something about it made me curious. Since then I have been doing a little research into tarot, and might be interested in trying out a deck soon. Actually, I do have a question that maybe someone has input for. (I didn't see a subforum for "Just Starting Out" or anything, so I hope it's ok if I just ask right here.) Something about the standard RSW doesn't really sit well with me. I've seen it, of course, at different times over the years, …

Hello there! I'm not sure how I missed this forum for so long, but I'm glad I found it! My name is Lupa, and I've been practicing divination since 1998. I started out with the Elder Futhark of runes early on, then discovered tarot and animal cards. More recently I've been creating my own divination systems, including the Tarot of Bones (based loosely on RWS symbolism but with more natural history), Skull Scrying (using animal skulls in scrying-type divination) and Pocket Osteomancy (a very basic bone-casting set). My current book project is a nature-based pathworking exploration of the Major Arcana. I've been a dedicated vendor and sometime presenter at the Northwest Taro…
