Hello everyone! My name is Megan. I currently reside in North Carolina and I have been practicing tarot for a little under a year now. I wouldn't say I'm by any means experienced, and that is one reason I am here! It would be cool to make friends and communicate with others about techniques, perceptions and all things beneficial to the practice. Thank you for taking time to read this, I look forward to meeting you and learning!

HEY YA'LL! My name is Darlene, Dar for some. I remember being 6 years old and thinking, "Wow.. I want a tarot deck someday." It was a strange inclination considering my family was a bunch of non-practicing Catholics. 19 years later, I picked up my first tarot deck from Craigslist and have been practicing on and off ever since. I took a break from tarot but have been divinely guided to explore this tool once more. For the last week, I've been doing recorded video tarot readings from friends and friends of friends. Anywhoo, so so happy to be apart of this community. Sending love and healing to you all. xoxo Darlene

I am new here. English is not my native language, so I apologise in advance for any mistakes. I am interested in the Tarot in connection with astrology. I am very happy to be here and hope to develop my passions and improve my language skills. My favourite pack of cards: Malefic Time - Luis Royo & Romulo Royo. 😘😘😘

Tarot has been a part of my life for many years, but the last decade or so has been very distracting. I'm making my way back towards both art and tarot, which have been connected in my mind from the very start of my journey. I have plenty of decks, have previously read with RWS, Marseilles and oracles, and was a fairly active member on the Aeclectic forum back in the day (as Eco74). Looking forward to exploring the forum and making some new connections along the way.

Hi everyone! I'm Emilia, and I'm new (sort of) to reading tarot. I don't have anyone in my life who reads tarot so I have been looking for a place to bounce ideas off people and get help with interpretations! Looking forward to interacting!! :)

Well, hello all you wonderful souls! Thank you for allowing me to join! I am new to the tarot community and have only read myself mostly, and some friends. The real test would be branching out and read people I don't know. I'm still a little shy. I wanted to join the forum for advice, possibly some practice, information and create connections (if it's in the the cards for me. NO PUN INTENDED. hehe.)

Hi there. I'm Sarah, and I'm new-ish to Tarot. I say new-ish because I tried to learn this art form 20 years ago, but couldn't figure out how to get it to click. Recently, I've found some great books and video channels that have helped me wrap my head and heart around this incredible tool. I live in a rural area with a low population, so finding tarot study-buddies and friends is impossible without the internet. I look forward to discussing the intricacies of tarot history and divination with you. Thanks for having me as part of your community.

I'm very new to Tarot, just bought my first deck - the Light Seer's Tarot. Now wondering if there's some sort of subconscious plan at work that I said *first* deck... 😂 I've been learning a lot from the old Aeclectic Tarot forum when searching for meanings for cards, and hope to learn more. Hope this finds you all well wherever you are in the world and hello to you all!

So I just joined. I'm semi new to tarot. I say semi because I used to have some decks and read years ago but fell away. I got a deck given to me for Christmas and am getting back into it. I have the basic Rider-Waite deck right now.

Hi everyone!I was into tarot years ago but never moved from being just an apprentice. On my last birthday I got the Macmillan Alice in Wonderland deck so I am now interested in cartomancy.I'm a huge fan of Alice and anything Lewis Carroll, and as in the end the deck is a normal french deck, I thought I could use it for fortune-telling.So far I've learned that red cards are positive and black cards negative, and the element meanings attached to each suit.If you could recommend me a good book on cartomancy, and suggest some simpke three or five-cards spread I will be thankful.I'm glad I've found this forum!

Hi, all. I am happy to have found this place. I was at AT, but not particularly active. I read mostly for myself, but would like to expand out a bit. It has helped me with my personal readings in the past when I’ve also read for/ participated in readings for others.

Hello, I just stumbled across the forum, and am delighted to find such a thriving community here. I have been reading tarot for many years, mostly with a few Smith-Waite based decks. A few years ago, I got hooked on Tarot de Marseille and became a stalwart fan. In addition to TdM, I am a lover of historic and art tarots. Looking forward to learning from everyone!

Hello everyone! Brand spanking new member here and also a tarot beginner: bought a deck back in my teen years and never really moved beyond the LWB before I quickly lost interest, now I'm 29 and felt called back to it, but y'know, forreal this time. I'll have been studying for a year on November 10th, and I've really fallen in love with the never-ending learning process that comes with tarot -- I worry I annoy my friends sometimes because it's one of my favorite things to ramble about! I'm really glad to have found an active community of like-minded folks to mingle with and learn from, and I look forward to getting to know y'all!

Hi there! I was excited to find this community and I hope it will help me be a better reader. Tarot kind of snuck into my life. I’ve been doing a digital daily draw for about two years after I bought a tarot deck on a lark and wanted to learn more. About six months ago I did a reading for someone else at a retreat and when I came home my deck started “volunteering” itself for friends and family, even though I didn’t know what half the cards meant (whoops). Two decks later, I’ve discovered I really love reading even though I have a lot left to learn. As a writer, I love the storytelling aspect of readings. I would love to hear your favorite …

hi, i'm Amy, ive just found your forum and joined you. i've had tarot cards since i was 13 (and still have that set - Russel Grant) as my Mum was a practising white witch and got me them. I wont say i'm an expert even after over 20years, i dont do readings for others as not confident enough, i just use for myself (i have done the odd reading for close friends). Amy

Good time to the forum members, I have been studying and practicing Tarot since my school age, and astrology added a few years later. Those times, I had no possibility to buy any deck, so made it myself, redrawing the grey-scale pictures from the divination textbook. After having finished the 78th, I understood that passion for Tarot reading and investigation was forever 🥰 My ambitious plan for the next year is to write a book about Tarot divination methodics, or at least create a professional site to help people in studying the most controversial issues of practice.

Well as the title says, I would like to say hi to everyone here as a new member. As I'm actually pretty new to the world of spirituality and tarot, I'm trying to figure out how stuff works especially after I was being told I'm spiritually sensitive. But I still don't have a clue how things work. But anywho wanted to say hi. SE
