EDIT: I've decided to add some things about myself so that people could get to know me better. I'm 28 years old and am from Western New York. I'm married and have 3 fur-babies: a black cat named Osiris, a Siberian Husky named Angel, and an Alaskan Malamute named Titan. I went to school for Social Work and Psychology. Hey I just wanted to introduce myself. I am relatively new to tarot, and have found it easy to use, but difficult to usefully apply to my life. I would say my main problem is that it feels like the readings were working, but it was mostly bad news, so tarot just ends up feeling like I'm getting bad news twice, if that makes any sense. So I'm looking forward to gaining some insights from more experienced people. I have a background in Gnosticism, and am generally interested in Western esoteric studies.

I've read book after book, Tried readings on myself, have a lot of decks, and am determined to be able to do readings someday. I struggle with the story telling part. HI. I'm new here. I have been collecting/reading since '86 where my mom gifted me a card reading for my 15th bday. I love ALL RWS & clones. BTW, I need a replacement 5 of Swords from a late edition Blue Box RWS (Conway St London copyright is on it) deck bc my new puppy chihuahua chewed it. I'll trade a deck for just the replacement card! I've been feeling really good about my personal tarot practice lately, finally. I'm no professional but I've been doing tarot for 15+ years, a bit on and off, but I've always had my decks with me. I'm in one of my buying phases, I tend to buy decks in batches. 3 on order (2 pre-order and not getting here until September) and I just found out about a Kickstarter starting next month that I can't pass up! So of course there's another deck up for pre-order right now that I have to skip and just hope for the future.. And I think I'll stay away from that enabler forum 🙂
