Are you SURE you checked that it was the right email address, and looked in the spam box...

I emailed you at the email you have on file.  Please respond if you got it, and I can work with you to reset your password manually!

Yes, I made sure it was the right e-mail and checked the spam box. I got an e-mail for password reset after some time, is that what you sent to me? I got no other e-mails from this domain recently.

Thank you! I did find your e-mail, which was in spam with a red warning of "dangerous e-mail" on it, lol! Glad to be back. 🙂
