Grandma Posted November 30, 2021 Posted November 30, 2021 Hmmm I've actually searched for my glasses when they were pushed up on top of my head. Maybe I have a future as a major influencer of psychotherapy and/or Tarot!
fire cat pickles Posted November 30, 2021 Posted November 30, 2021 I've thought I lost my phone while talking on my phone...
DanielJUK Posted November 30, 2021 Posted November 30, 2021 Let's move the discussion of losing common things around us, back to the topic about card imagery in different decks 🙂
Rodney Posted November 30, 2021 Posted November 30, 2021 Hopefully it's OK to post this since it's only a snippet of a reading and it shows how different imagery led me to different interpretations than I would've gotten using the Rider Waite. The first part of each bolded section is the position from the spread I used. What follows is a synopsis of my actual interpretations from the reading.
Eric13 Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 I haven't read everyone's post thoroughly, other than the OP. But I do believe its important to understand what the number of the card represents, what the number integrated with the particular suit represents, then the imagery of that number in the suit. The imagery is equally as important as well. I believe the imagery in particular decks are there for a very good reason. From a crescent moon up in a corner, or the back of a man or woman walking away in a far off corner of a card and so on. I believe its a combination of the complete individual card and what the cards in a spread combine to mean with their representative definitions to a blend of the pictures.
