Raggydoll Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 I saw this spread over at Jessi Huntenburgs blog and thought that it was really interesting and that it might be helpful for many people, so I wanted to share it in case you haven't already seen it! Here is the original blog post: https://jessihuntenburg.wordpress.com/2017/11/17/the-holiday-wellness-spread/ (6 cards in two rows with three cards each) Card 1: Giving from the heart: how you can connect with your deepest reserves of joy and gratitude this season. Card 2: Gathering around the hearth: advice for working through the challenges and triggers of family dynamics. Card 3: Keeping up with the Jones’s: releasing unrealistic expectations and embracing the beauty of the present. Card 4: Changing things up: advice for shifting perspectives when you’re feeling low. Card 5: Speaking Up: how to stand in your power and to put your needs first. Card 6: Treat Yourself: Advice for self-love and self-care.
Emilija Posted December 12, 2017 Posted December 12, 2017 This is what I got: Card 1: The Fool- I am to enjoy the small gifts that I am giving to my mother and friend, as I usually don't celebrate. Card 2: Knight of Daisies- Make plans with family on my four day weekend to avoid a larger, more dramatic gathering. Card 3: Four of Tulips- Enjoy what I have been given and what life has to offer me, rather than the things that I didn't receive. Card 4: Three of Tulips- My new gifts bring new hobbies and projects into my life. I should enjoy them. Card 5: Queen of Tulips- Be firm with my mother about when and where I can see her. A setting that is comfortable for me is important. Card 6: Some depression may set in. Try to remain active in hobbies and reading.
