Actually, I didnt have anything specific in mind when I asked, but Im curious also along the lines of having planets and houses in a spread somehow. I guess it could look like anything, but I thought maybe someone knows of some spread(s) that they themselves have good experience with the flow of 🙂

You could look for decks that feature the associated planet-in-sign symbols on the cards & lay them out in the 12 house positions. For astrology-based readings, I use sets of astrology dice.

I like the zodiac spread that @legendaryelement posted above, but know it as the astrology house spread. You can use it in two ways, you can use it to see or analyse how things are doing in each house (aka area of your life) or you can use it in a predictive way, like after a birthday or at the start of a year or whenever you want to read. I like to read over 12 months with, looking at each area of life. I ignore the signs part of it though and just uses the houses. It's one of my fave spreads. If you want to do a smaller spread, just select the houses you want to know about in that moment 🙂

 

The reading should look like a clock with the 12 positions. It starts where the 1st house is on a chart and each position is an astrological house.

Wow, thank you for the suggestions! I have never seen astrology dices before, but I will for sure test them out.

 🙂 May I ask how you would use them in a reading?

@DanielJUK Thank you very much for this information! I am particulary drawn to gaining insights into the different houses, so then the version of spread that you are suggesting here will work perfectly I think. Looking forward to trying it out 🙂

The one I've been doing mostly is a Planets spread. I think it's a pretty standard spread- I found it in one of the Fool's Dog tarot apps. You lay out 7 cards, in a kind of circle with an open bottom. Going around the circle from left, the cards reflect:

1) Moon: inner/home/emotional life
2) Mercury: career/mind
3) Venus: love/relationships
4) Sun: accomplishment/achievement
5) Mars: conflict
6) Jupiter: expansion
7) Saturn: contraction/limitation
 

This one is in the Aelectic Spreads ebook but also on their website so okay to share....
