vulprix Posted July 29, 2022 Posted July 29, 2022 @Wyrdkiss, the Princess of Swords from the Thoth is nearest to my heart. Is the Page of Swords your favorite Page, or are you fond of one belonging to a different suit? 🙂

Is the Page of Swords your favorite Page, or are you fond of one belonging to a different suit? 🙂 Oh I love the Princess of Swords. She is the "HR Manager" of the Tree of Life IMO, and just gets **** done. The Thoth is my touchstone, btw. My absolute favorite and most accurate deck. Nice choice. I'm attached the Pages I most identify with, not necessarily my fav. From the Darkness of Light Tarot, the Page of Swords marvels at the tools available to him. I love to brew, to simmer, to contemplate that which is new. For the Thoth, I threw the cups in there. I adore her because, well, she likes to be adored as any good Princess does. And also, I have a heavy dose of escapism in my personality. The combination is her to a T in the Crowley's pack. How would you describe the Princess of Swords in the Thoth @vulprix? What sums her up best to you? or through you?

(God, I love the Thoth, too 🙂 ) To me, the Princess of Swords is an initiator. (I like your HR manager metaphor!) But what I see in the Page of Swords is a sort of fierce, untamed action through which she is looking to hone her focus. She is an idealist and a logician, tempered by curiosity and a sense of whimsy in her seeking. That is what she means to me and I feel Lady Frieda Harris’s Princess expresses those qualities in a way that feels like a new dawn, very alive and awake. I would love to read your poetic waxings on the Princess of Cups sometime! ☺️
