Rose Lalonde Posted July 7, 2017 Posted July 7, 2017 I'd like to take part in a monthly tarot exchange again, so I was thinking of starting a general one in Reading Circles for August, open to TdM, RWS, Thoth, Continental, other... as long as it's tarot. Would that be of interest? Glass Owl kindly said we could post her spreads. I was thinking mainly 3 cards spreads, at least for now, with people at so many sites. (I haven't hosted one before. I'm happy to do it. Or if someone else would like to jump in to host or to co-host, that's good too. Just wanted to see a circle here. :) ) Thanks

I was all for it, and she's going to post more about it. :) I'm happy to have two circles. If there are any concerns about that, shout out. ETA -- RavenofSummer's post is up I think it's something I'd like to do, but frankly I've never looked at it before. How does it work? The circle I was talking about would be a lot like AT's Circle of Stones, unless we all want something a little different. So maybe take a look at the description in the link? -- Basically if you sign up you get assigned a partner, you read for them, and you leave feedback for the reading they do for you, all within the timeline given for the month. You can sign up each month or not as your time and interest permits.

I asked if she might be interested in continuing over here, since we have an interest in the same sort of circle. She had not registered here yet, but said it was something she could do, so we might have some continuity and experience from the AT days if that works out! (If so, we should probably call it something other than COS though -- RavenofSummer will host Circle of Seasons, and we don't want all those abbreviated post titles to look the same! :) )

We'd love to have you host a circle similar to the Circle of Stones you hosted on AT. I'm looking forward to joining. :D Glass Owl has said we're welcome to include her spreads. RavenofSummer is hosting the Circle of Seasons circle here too, and she kindly posted about this circle and the one she's starting on AT today. I bet if someone posted an interest in hosting it, it would happen, since there are a fair number of posts in the "Any TdM lovers..." thread. :) (I'd join, but I read my TdMs with Golden Dawn associations these days, and I'm not sure it would go over so well with my poor partner, so I've stuck to other circles.)
