How does this make sense - an email entitled: Did this answer your question? asking if this answered my question, would I please pick the best answer. What "solution" can there BE for "respond with a gif" ? Is this a glitch ? (I know invision set up a thing for HELP threads, but are we going to get emails like this for every thread ?

We are investigating this matter @gregory and not sure why this happened

I get forum notifications and never had one like this

If anyone else gets an email like this, please screenshot it here and it's useful to know to see the area of the forum it came from in the image

OK maybe it was a freak incident then. Just checking ! I've only had the one.
