Hi, I found you today after following AT for 2 years without knowing I couldn’t post (I’ve been following for help with interpretations) My Tarot has improved so much! Today I finally went to post a 3card combination & long story short I ended up here! I’m a Forum Novice I’ve read your rules but still don’t understand. I’d appreciate guidance. Can I post my 3 cards & interpretation to open up a thread or do I have to post 5x first & when I can post where do I do this please? TIA 🙏

You need to get to 5 posts and you can get there by posting around the forum, why not reply to people who reply to your introduction thread and join in some discussions around the place? This is to stop spammers and we want the reading and exchange areas a spam free, more private area.

 

When you get to 5 posts, the reading and exchange areas will open up to you, and you will have less restrictions posting. You would need to post a reading for help in Personal Tarot Readings - please read the post at the top when posting, you need to interpret first like on AT, same rules!

Yes, it'll definitely be because your partner has an account. We don't allow duplicate accounts and this is one way of enforcing that.  We'll talk to @Little Fang  who will hopefully be able to help in this particular case.

I tried on my phone, but in order to set my birthdate there, instead of entering a date, it gives me a calendar and wants me to scroll -- one month at a time, back through the ages -- to find the year of my birth (after giving it a try, I didn't even manage to get out of the twenty-teens). Perhaps I'll try again when I have more time (or some assurance that the effort would, in fact, result in success). Thanks for the prompt attention!

You can write in the date field, you don't have to use the calendar, you can override 🙂

I was able to override on my laptop, but on my phone (android), I tried everything and the calendar keeps coming back.

Welp, I don't have any way of getting notifications because I haven't been able to create an account. But also, reloading this page is getting tiresome, so I think I'm probably going to just walk away. I've had other tech frustrations today (zoom and my bank), so I'm pretty much over fighting with technology. But after getting home from work this afternoon, my partner did give it a try for me and spent about 20 minutes trying to enter my birth date using my phone (which -- I think? -- is my only hope of registering with a different IP address), but it didn't work this time either; there is no way to just enter the numbers without using the calendar. But at least I know it's not just me. Good luck with the forum!
