As mentioned in another thread, I am at the place where I want to start reading for others (heretofore I have been studing and doing self-directed readings). I have a question... When you read "in the wild" (not just for friends & family), what are the most common questions you get? Which ones are toughest? Are there any where you say, "Sorry, I don't go there"? (I guess that's three questions.)

DanielJUK Posted January 17, 2023 Posted January 17, 2023 A lot of love questions, questions about emotions and feelings and many future topic questions in my experience. Mostly love and the problems of it. Like gregory said, the reading circles are structured and so you will rarely answer someone's random question. You are set a task to do, maybe it has a question or usually a set spread. You usually do a general reading for it or focus on an area for your partner, so it's easier. Some people find reading on a set question or topic easier, with a very general reading, *anything* could come up! I love the general readings though, you have to be like Poirot working out the story you are seeing 😀 You are in total control when you read for others and you are asked to read on a question. If it makes you feel uncomfortable it's fine to say that and change it. I have been asked to read on people / animals who are dying or have illnesses which don't look good. I feel this opens a pandora's box and it's not my place to go there. I always think if you are doing a reading, it might not be positive, they want positive news and I cannot promise it will be, so it's a no. This moves more to ethics though and there are many threads on the forum what people will read on. My worst questions are the ones that I feel uncomfortable to read on.
