This is a large Thoth deck I just finished trimming and edging for a New Year’s gift.

For the edges, I used Tsukineko Brilliance ink pads in Pearlescent Poppy, Cosmic Copper, Galaxy Gold, Lightning Black, Pearlescent Thyme, Pearlescent Ivy, and Pearlescent Sky Blue.

That's lovely! All the different edge colors are gorgeous! I'm jealous, I'm a disaster with a pair of scissors--I can't cut straight to save my life. X-D

Same here, I love the trimmed ones with the colored edges. But.... I had to wait more than 4 weeks for my first deck to arrive I would be scared to death to touch it with scissors....  X-D

If that was the case for me then I would probably also be very reluctant to modify it. Where I live I can have a deck delivered in one to two days.

Trimming always makes me a bit nervous and I can’t imagine having to wait a month for a replacement deck!

TBH I’m pretty awful with scissors as well... In the past I’ve experimented with scissors, rotary cutters, guillotine cutters, etc. with varying degrees of success.  What works best for me is a utility knife with easy-swap razor blades, a beveled straight edge, and a cutting mat underneath.  (Links are to similar products on Amazon; the actual ones I use were scrounged up from my old toolbox and printmaking drawer but should be easily obtainable at most hardware/craft stores.)

If you hate the idea or process of cutting a deck but like the borderless aesthetic, there are many full-bleed (borderless by design) decks available.  I’m about to put some fun colorful edges on the Asherah Tarot once I decide on first or second edition!

l can't get on with oversized decks, for one thing my hands are small, another thing some of the borders are just awful and drown out the images.

l have trimmed many decks for this reason, notably the DruidCraft and my recently bought The Everyday Enchantment Tarot.

l love doing the trimming and seeing the decks take on new life.  l would love to be able to trim, corner, and colour your decks.

l could set up a Tarot Tea and Me trimming business, but then again if you did not like the decks afterwards you might beat down my door  :-\  :))
