Is there any book out there in reference to how to learn and read tarot combinations in reverse?

Yes the best book in my opinion is Mary Greer's "The Complete Book of Tarot Reversals"

 

It doesn't do combinations, you have to work on that one yourself but it has great interpretation info for each reversal.

I agree with Daniel, her book is hands down the most comprehensive on the market for reversals.
