Not really an introduction, as I know many of you, but a post to say I missed you all and glad to be back

I will just say to those I haven't personally messaged, there have been a lot of losses in my life over the last couple of years, as I am sure there were in many of yours.  Family, friends, my working with students, just kind of poof.  I know you all know what I mean.  

 

But I can't stay like a dragonfly in amber, in limbo, not when I'm pushing 73, and I DID miss this place, I just wasn't in the head space to be here.  It was like so much just stopped. 

 

Anyway, I know many of you from AT, to those I don't know, if you have questions, please feel free to message me or read my profile.

 

I feel like the pendulum in the clock has started ticking again.

WOW, THANKS, SATURN CELESTE.  That is COOL.  You're right, I am back to flying free, well, as free as I can before I get latest vax!  But my mindset is definitely back to flying free.  The shock, the grief at loss is waning and I want to run with the wolves (well, Tigers, that's my Chinese astro sign :-))

Thank you, Dear Dan!  I know everyone went through a lot, all over the world.  I am sure there is no one here untouched.  I don't know how to explain not being around except SO much changed, and I felt I just had nothing to give here.  I just did the best I could with what I had.  Went through the motions, as I lost person after person, yet not being able to go out.   It wasn't like I didn't CARE about you or others here, it was like there was just this void for me.  Now I have come to terms with, well, the way things are and want to reengage, catch up.  It's kind of like waking up out of a long deep sleep.  I am so glad to "see" you again>
