Does anyone have the Pagan Otherworlds book?

Apologies to the mods if I haven't posted this in the right section!

 

Does anyone happen to have the book that Uusi produced to go alongside the Pagan Otherworlds deck? (I received the deck as a present, without the book.)

 

A little while ago I did a reading with the PO and drew the Knight of Cups for a specific position, the message still hasn't quite solidified for me despite mulling it over for some time. At the time of the reading I was drawn to a particular aspect of the card, the fact that the Knight has bells strapped to his back. 

 

Today I took my daughter to a children's museum that has an area displaying items from cultures around the world. Completely unknowingly I walked straight into a not-so-subtle coincidence, a large display of a folk costume from a Sardinian tradition, which includes a large array of bells strapped to the back of the wearer.

 

I'm researching the tradition now but would also love to know if anything relevant about the card is described in the PO book.
