Hello! You can call me Aether or "A" and I'm a newbie tarot reader.

Without trying to mimic my introductory blog post, I was scouring countless tarot forums to join as I wanted to find a tiny corner of the internet to sit in while learning indirectly from other people about the avenues of the wonderful world of tarot and how to utilize such a tool. Tarot, Tea, & Me was one of the first of several forums that popped up in my search results and something told me to make an account immediately! I don't want to be a professional tarot reader, but this is definitely a personal journey I'm finally taking a step into after being curious about it for quite some time.

I don't enjoy giving out too much information about myself on the internet however, I enjoy reading, writing, naps, video games, and delve into art from time to time--ranging anywhere from drawing to crocheting. I work as a library assistant in a small coastal town with my spouse and our cute dog.

I look forward to learning more about the world of tarot, meeting new people, and seeing interesting decks

Welcome to the community Aether 😀:animated-smileys-signs-085::78496: I am glad you found us here on your searches

Do join in around the forum, browse the threads and search for any questions or discussions you want to have. There is a thread at the top of the Tarot Talk & Technique section which has a big list of free learning resources and courses online. If you cannot find what you want to ask / talk about, start a new thread! You have less restrictions when you reach 5 posts and more of the forum will open up to you.

When you make 5 posts, you can also see the reading and exchange areas. If it helps your learning journey, you are welcome to offer readings to others or get readings there. You can also posts readings to get help with or a second opinion, please follow the guidelines at the top of that section, you need to have a go at interpreting it first.

We also have monthly exchanges called circles where you read with a randomly paired other forum member. You always give feedback to readings here and it helps you learn in a practical way 🙂 .

We are friendly, post here if you need any help around the place or get stuck or message any of the forum staff.
