Heya from the Pacific Northwest!

Hi all,

 

I have dabbled in reading since my teens, but really only pick up a deck when it calls me a few times every year. I used to be a very intuitive ready, looking at written meanings only after I'd interpreted for myself, but I seem to have lost that over the years.  I set a goal to reconnect and make a more serious effort to learn to read this year, rather than rely on a book. 

If I manage to keep up with things and it feels right, I'd like to eventually read as a profession. But for now just feeling things out and trying to set up good reading habits.

While I haven't been 'home' in decades, I am also from the pacific NW - grew up in the San Juans, Anacortes, Bellingham and Blaine, WA areas. Welcome - I too am new here and look forward to sharing ideas and stories in the future.
