I need help on A tarot spreads

Hi everyone, I'm new here and it was very strange but this morning I shuffled and asked Spirits what was Karma of one of my "old friend" we used to be very close and then i figured it out, she just hate on me, hate on my guts, talking 💩, have people gang stalked me,... all kind u can imagine. And it came out 

1st row:

temperance rx, 9 of pentacles rx, hierophant rx

2nd row:

the moon rx, the star rx, the sun rx.

I was very surprised and I really dont know how to read it, can someone help
