Hi everyone, my name is Dee. I am so excited to have found a place where I can connect with people who have some of the same interests as I do. I have been very interested in tarot since I have been a little girl. My mom would not let me have anything to do with it because she felt, as a lot of people do, that it was a tool for the devil. I had to respect that until I became an adult and moved out on my own. Long story short, I put my learning and decks on the back burner because the timing just didn't feel right. The cards weren't clicking with me, I wasn't catching on to their meanings and my decks just didn't fit my hands and fingers comfortably. Many years have gone by and my interest has been piqued again. Things are very different this time. My decks feel good in my hands, I can shuffle without my cards flying everywhere and (hopefully this doesn't sound weird) they actually feel like close family and friends. I keep a couple decks with me at all times because I feel naked without them. I have started doing a morning card draw to start my day and I am journaling now and keeping notes. I am here to learn as much as I can and to hopefully help as much as I can. I am really looking forward to growing on this journey and meeting new friends.
