Hello

I'm Debbie, I live in Belgium, and just followed a basic tarot course.

I'm also a tarot book reader. I especially like 21 Ways to Read a Tarot Card and Tarot Interactions.

I hope to learn more on this forum too!

Welcome, @DebbieC, lovely to see you here.

Do you have a favourite deck? Do you read for yourself, others, or both? What kind of course did you do? I'd love to know, and I hope you'll like it here.

My favourite deck is the This Might Hurt Tarot. I read mostly for myself, during the basic course I've read also a few times for others. The course I followed is a course in Flanders, Belgium, by De Zonnegloed.

That course looks like a wonderful start, I googled it. I have never experienced tarot in a group setting, only on an individual basis, and I think learning and working with the tarot in a group is special. You can share and exchange ideas. Actually, a forum gives you similar opportunities. I hope you'll like it here.

Flanders is beautiful. I grew up in the border area of Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands (and have family in each of these countries), so many layers of history and cultures.

Have you been to the Tarot Museum in Mechelen? I'd love to go there.
