My subscription vanished (SUSCRIPTION ISSUES - Please Reply if Affected!)

Even though I still have about 9 months of it, my subscription is nowhere to be seen, I can't view the Subscriber sections, and my profile says "TT&M Family" where it used to say "Supporter".

Could the mods or @Little Fang please look into this? Thank you!

@Nemia also had the same thing but a different basic level of membership

I'm affected, too. Though, I had to renew my subscription anyway for which I wanted to use the subscriber give away. But now I can't find the messages I exchanged with @Little Fang regarding the three-month subscription. I'm pretty sure I didn't delete them.

@Ferrea sorry you are affected as well, we are not quite sure why the forum decided to change people's level 🤦‍♂️. Also it's a random minority.
