56. Which member of the Court speaks more than two languages?

This has to be the Knight of Wands, this cards likes to travel.

I'm going to say Queen of Wands. She likes meeting people. :)

The Queen of Cups, she wants to reach other people and no better way than cultural sensitivity and in their own language.  It is the extra effort to connect.

The Queen of wands- social and a world traveller, and knight of wands too :)

Interesting...my first thought was one of the Swords as language is all about communication. There is also a lot of grammar to learn if you want to speak fluently.

I can see the Wands learning a bit of the language for holidays - dabbling if you will, while the Swords spend time with textbooks and courses to really deepen their knowledge.

The types of language would be different too. Queen of Wands would enjoy languages which allow her to visit warm, exotic places, while the Queen of Swords would enjoy Ancient Greek and Latin for the window it gives her into history.

I like your take on the different languages !

All of them !

The Cups because their mother tongue is mermaid language

The Pents because they went to business school

The Wands because they travel so much

The Swords because they read all the books

I love this answer.

All of them could potentially speak more than two languages since they often represent me in readings and I'm a bilingual with some basic Spanish knowledge (aka a lazy Page in the trilingual biz). But I imagine the Kings and Queens to be the most proficient and I like the ideas of them knowing languages for different reasons. Maybe the Wands or Cups would be inspired to learn all these languages due to their appreciation of foreign cinema or they want to know the lyrics to songs in other languages that they're a big fan of?

The Knight of Wands is quite a traveller, he's adaptable to other cultures, and he's got some brains in him so I believe that he can be a bit of a polyglot.

Air is the element of communication and the intellect, so I think that the younger denizens of the Swords suit - the Page because he's scholarly and the Knight because he goes wherever the wind takes him - would be the multilinguists of the courts.

The Matriarch of Swords (or King if you prefer) speaks a number of languages well.  She is the consummate diplomat.
