He lets someone cook for himself in a restaurant, where he enjoys the good life.

I think he would pay someone else if it is in the budget and the price is fair.  If not, he will do it himself.

The first thing that came to mind was mowing the lawn....

The King of Pentacles likes hosting huge and lavish social events to show his wealth and refinement, but he'd rather leave the details to the event planners that his wife hires.

Pretty much everything!  ;D.  Surely he has a full domestic staff?

The only thing I wonder about is whether he has a gardener.  I associate him with fertility and productivity so I think he might like gardening.  But I think he'd employ someone to do the heavy lifting and the lawn mowing (and the weeding!) while he directs operations and does the fun stuff.

Air-related activities, like managing his PR/social media accounts or jury duty (if only!).

He would probably pay somebody to decorate his home for the holidays, or design his home makeovers.  He's a hands-on kind of person, and mundane tasks don't actually faze him—he'd do his own accounting (probably), do the routine stuff in his garden, no bother—but when it comes to being creative he'd probably rather leave that to others.  Not because he can't be bothered—the results will actually be important to him, and he appreciates beauty—but probably because he doesn't have a lot of confidence in his own imagination.  He knows others will do a better job that he will, and he always wants the best.

I was just getting ready to reply something similar.
