EmpyreanKnight Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 I just saw the R. Black Tarot on my feed, and hoo-boy I know this is going to be big. It's still a deck in progress AFAIK, but once it gets out I'm gonna grab it like no one's business. I love it!

Too "socially conscious" --not a bad thing in principle, but I like decks for reading, not for political or social statements. Though you gotta admit it is a powerful Tower card in every possible sense.

I'm definitely gonna be watching for when this deck comes out. The artist even linked to their pinterest and said people could print and play around with the images when responding to a question about releasing a majors-only deck in the meantime. I can't even. *bookmarks to print at parents' house*
EmpyreanKnight Posted February 23, 2018 Author Posted February 23, 2018 This project started in early 2016, and currently we have all the majors and the Cups suit is almost finished. At this rate the whole thing would be done by 2020. I still think that it's very much worth the wait.

So happy to find this :D It's absolutely gorgeous, and I for one am happy to wait for it. It looks like it's going to be stunning. I'm such a huge fan of that Devil card, especially!

No, EK just saw it in his facebook feed and kindly started a thread about it. :) It's by an artist named R. Black. He doesn't really separate his cards out from his other art and photos, so if -- like me -- Ek's images above won't show up for you, you can see several all together here. I havent seen one card that I dislike yet and I can't wait for him to complete this project. LogicalHue Posted August 19, 2020 Posted August 19, 2020 Wanted to revitalize this topic in case the deck will actually be available soon. On the site there is only one card missing! I've had this on my list for a long time and recently went back through and looked things up and one of the decks happened to go up with a Kickstarter today so I just barely caught it with a few weeks notice, and then this one is almost done. I'm a little worried I'll still miss it when it becomes available so maybe getting more in the zeitgeist of the now will help 🙂 It looks great! I'm excited!
