Guest Posted January 8, 2018 Posted January 8, 2018 http://www.ordoaa.com.br/arquivos/ht/libri/Liber_777.pdf I wonder who taught these guys hebrew, here is a link to liber 777. It's basically a book of correspondences. ....the more things you learn the more that will appear to you everytime you look at the cards. This is probably true of any deck that was made with magical intention and thought.
Flaxen Posted January 8, 2018 Posted January 8, 2018 I love the Thoth deck. After almost 15 years of using it, I'm still learning. I've found the Rosetta tarot book a good companion in the journey too and I'm hoping to get the Tabula Mundi too. There is such depth and magic to it and I've found that it meets you where you are at with just a little nudge to delve into something deeper. EmpyreanKnight[/member], would you mind some discussion of things you find in your journal? I won't have time to do daily draws and journaling myself but would enjoy discussing the deck with someone else.

If you want to ask or discuss anything, just drop by my journal and I'd try my best to answer. :) I still use the Thoth regularly, but I'm already recalibrating my schedule so that I can begin a really in-depth study of the Thoth by the end of this month or February at the latest.
Jewel Posted March 29, 2018 Posted March 29, 2018 I have been planning a good study of the Thoth for years (at least 15 lol), and I have the decks I want to use and a good assortment of books too, I just have not taken the plunge. I have started a few times, then get distracted by other decks and set it aside, but it is something I would really love to do at some point because I really enjoy digging into all the esoteric stuff and learning. I just want to ensure that I am really ready to give the time commitment I think this deck deserves.
DanielJUK Posted March 7, 2024 Posted March 7, 2024 This thread has started to go really off-topic, we have repeatedly requested for it to go back on topic. I have split the off-topic discussion off into this new thread.... Reminder, the original post which started this discussion was this.... On 7/11/2017 at 10:08 PM, Delizt said: I have a beautiful Thoth deck...I look at it from time to time, I may even trim it one day so I can handle it comfortably....but it intimidates me as a reading deck...Ive learned on the RWS and even dabble in TdM...but the Thoth is the "biggie" that I have not yet the courage to approach.. So those of you who love this deck, talk to me 🙂 🙂 Posts should be about how to get into Thoth for beginners in a non-intimidating and overwhelming way. How do you make it approachable?
