Some of the cards that i have include.. Myths and mermaids oracle cards Whispers of love oracle cards Faerytale oracle Journey of love oracle Gospel of Aradia oracle Witchlings oracle Thank you and all suggestions and advice welcome.. Taniya..
Saturn Celeste Posted June 11, 2018 Posted June 11, 2018 Hi venus0q! Welcome to TT&M. When it comes to Oracle cards, I tend to use the companion books. They usually state the intention of the deck and how to read them. Some oracle decks have their own way of being read such as the Shaman's Oracle. It has an entire placemat that walks you through the system of that deck. Other decks have really nice books and some have no book at all. I have the Witchlings deck and I love it. The messages are written on the card and the companion book is actually simple spells. If I do a reading for someone with that deck, I always include the spell that corresponds to the card. Read through the information about the deck and see how the messages strike you.
Elemental Posted September 3, 2018 Posted September 3, 2018 As Saturn mentioned, it would partly depend on whether the oracle cards come with a set system or if they work together independently. Some systems can be very complex. Also, I think intuition will always be a part of the reading, regardless if one uses a book of meanings to interpret the cards or not. We still have to relate the meanings to the question, as well as tie all of the cards together to come up with the whole story.
