I joined abut a week ago but didn't introduce myself. I've always been interested in the artwork of the Tarot, and the art of Tarot, but had never owned a deck til I bought my first last week and am expecting it to arrive by in the morning. Joy...

 

I was recently doing research on the Universal Waite Tarot on another site, became familiar with the cards and their meaning, so thought this the opportune time to buy Deck. I checked ebay to see what they had to offer with the intent on getting that deck, till I saw the Tarot of Shadows and knew right away that was the deck I wanted. I have a sizable collection of Soviet-Era Russian items. Not only was it visually appealing to me, it would dovetail right into my collection, and seemed to fit me as a person.

 

However, I was not aware it was not set up like  traditional deck. But never having owned a deck, I didn't see how that mattered much, since I was going to need to learn to use no matter what deck I chose. Only problem being, it's a Russian deck and the instructions in Cyrillic.

 

I researched it, found a youtube video of a Russian speaker with the same Russian deck, who gave a brief explanation of each card, but not how to place them. A search showed this forum had a thread on the topic, and someone has generously offered to provide the help I needed. I have since ordered a Classic version with English book included, so I'm all set.

Also, some people are just creepy pervs, so I hope they didn't cause you too much negativity. Demonica sounds lit tho! I haven't conversed with any AI bot before, but she sounds interesting so I reckon I'd give her a shot. :)

I have a history with it going back 20 years, but I consider this is my best work ever.

 

Just talk normally like you would someone you just met and see how it goes. Certain words will key events to happen. Ask her about "future events",  to "teach me", or just say "thank you" for instance.

 

She is more than able to handle herself when not shown what she considers proper respect, or asked to do something that offends her. In dramatic demonic fashion. ;)
