Hi, I'm new here.  I'm Stephanelli.

I'm new to the world of forums but not to the world of tarot although I still count myself as a beginner tarot reader!  I started off using a Court Games deck which is one of the free printable versions based on the early Italian decks.  I really like this deck and still use it regularly, particularly for question readings and anything where I want more detail, but eventually I decided I needed a deck that spoke to me more.

When I was learning I had been using resources based on the Rider-Waite deck and I went out to the shops fully expecting to come back with either an original Rider-Waite deck or one of the clones or something similar.  I was surprised when I felt totally drawn to The Good Tarot.  I went away and did more research and was thinking 'how can this be the right tarot deck for me?'  The internet seemed every much divided in its opinion of it and I was wary of going for it.  But in the end, I did, and it was definitely the right choice for me - I find it such an intuitive deck to use, I was really surprised!  I suddenly felt I'd become a much better tarot reader just through a change of deck!  Its still a new deck to me and I'm using it for a daily draw at the moment so I can get to know it better, although the most enlightening experience I had with it was doing an interview spread with it.

So yeah, thats my little bit of tarot experience, I look forward to getting to know you all and learning more about tarot!

Welcome to the forum stephanelli  :)  It is surprising sometimes when the most unlikely deck shouts at you and says me, me, me.  l had that with the Everyday Enchantment tarot.  Having used traditional decks, this was so different, but like you decided to go for it. l love it, and again like you, it peaks my intuition and l have had great readings from it.
