Hello everyone,

I'm Esk, another AT refugee.

I'm glad to have other places to land, so thanks Little Fang for creating this forum . It looks nice and cosy here :)

Let's introduce myself quickly. I started reading tarot 3,5 years ago so I still consider myself a newbie. Even if I'm french I prefer the Rws and know nothing about the Tarot de Marseille.  Last year I've also begun to read with some few oracles (so newbie too).

Unfortunately lately I have less time and energy to read and learn but I hope being on new forums will rekindle my motivation.

Hi Esk and welcome to TT&M! It's great to have you here. I'm a big fan of the RWS too, it was my first deck and is always one of my favorites. I think a lot of folks experience the type of weakening and strengthening of our Tarot usage that you're feeling. I know I certainly have! I'm recently coming back to Tarot after a "break" of a few years. But joining in with us as we build a new Tarot community here is certainly helping me and I hope it will help you as well. I'm looking forward to your posts.

Hi Esk! Welcome to the forum. I really missed your readings and exchanges as they were very accurate in the past. Glad to see you here and hope to exchange with you here in the future.  :-*

Thank you all for your kind greatings :) It makes me glad to join this new community. And also a little ashamed to have disappeared for so many days, sorry  :-[. Sometimes life takes more time than we expected. But I have a day off  and I'm decided to look at my cards today, and to participate a little more :)

Em, I certainly hope to exchange with you too in the future. Recently I'm doubting my readings, so what you say makes me really happy, thank you :)

welcome Esk, way cute avatar!

It doesn't seem possible I picked up my first deck ten years ago.

The wonderful about the cards to me is there is always a new way to interest me in the cards so they never get boring.

I'm going to join the 78 weeks gang here. Please come join us!

Your avatar is nice too, pretty poetic :)

I looked at the 78 weeks thread. It looks very interesting and seems very helpful to learn a deck. for an instant I was tempted to join. But unfortunately I know i won't have time to do this. I don't want to sign in and give up early :(. But I like the idea so I think I'll try to do that from time to time, at my own  pace :)

Well, one thing you can do is use the 78 Weeks group as kind of a guide-line for your own studies. For instance, you can use the template that is linked in the informational thread, or the format others are using as a way to keep your own notes.

Thanks Trogon. It's a good idea. I'll follow the group to see how you all do :)
