Weird, I see this -

 

The campaign advertised an extra Lovers card for all backers if the deck funded - plus an additional art print if the campaign reached 8000GBP.

You didn’t decide to include the extra card free of charge as a bonus, you advertised it as part of every deck from the outset. The print was offered as an additional reward attached to a different funding goal. Pretending they were always presented an “either/or” and not a “both, and” is nonsense.

Projects like this are large, complex, and overwhelming. You are no longer planning to fulfill all the promised rewards: you will not be distributing the advertised art prints even though the campaign passed your stated goal because the logistics of producing so many different rewards wound up being more than you were prepared to handle. You might still print something along those lines someday, presumably for people who are willing to pay again.

That is a reasonable fact to communicate to backers. What is not reasonable is pitching a fit and insisting everything is exactly as planned. If the text of the campaign is contradictory, confusing, or misleading, that is an issue within the campaign.

I don’t know what “take it to Reddit” means here, and maybe not following enough ancillary social media beyond the campaign was part of the problem…but unironically telling backers that the cards say we are extra-mean for asking about unfulfilled rewards is not a proud response.

THAT one is there. The one that is being assessed is also there.  You may have to "load earlier replies".... those two are together. IT';s right unwer the one where Mark refers to her "flawed post".

 

That deleted one was there as well at some point, I'm sure I had a screenshot but can't find it. I think it accused MR of slinging sarcastic comments about or something like that.

Well. I am perfectly content with my private copy, and the booklet taken from Chesca's homepage with the permission there. I do not need any fancy thingy that is only merchandising. And by the way: the booklet of the Wildwood Tarot is quite unusuable, mostly wishy-washy. Chesca's booklet is pure gold.
