HOLMES Posted September 20, 2018 Posted September 20, 2018 you must of heard by now.. that you add the numbers up eh ? aka 10 becomes 1,, 11, becomes 2 ,, 19 becomes 10, and becomes one. you can read about the mandelas in tarot constellatiions by mary k greer. I was reading I think forest of souls at the time.. by racheal Pollack,, and the fool as 22 yet also 0. and I thought to myself 2-2 makes 0. and some light bulb went off above my head,, big beam of light came donw and shook my body (joking about the last part ). I reasoned that if the hermit makes things move,, by adding.. would I work by subtracting ? aka 11 becomes 0 , 1-1 . 12 becomes 1 2-1 13 becomes 2 , 3-1 14 becomes 3 , 4-1 !!? and I realized that yes it does,, and it moves by the major arcana you associatie with 11. I also reasoned that since you are adding to go higher to infinite. .. that you are subtracting to go deeper to source. let us take the good old devil card,, common assocations says the devil is the lovers just extended.. 1 plus 5 makes 6 .. and this is already established because there is two figures in the lovers and 2 in the devil card usually. yet if you take 5 and subtract 1 , you get 4. to recap the loves through hermit becomes the devil, and the emperor through justice (or strength card) becomes the devil . so it would seem the tarot major arcana operates through not only the hermit , but also the justice card.. I thought about this further for a while,, I forgot how long and I realized the missing ingredient.. that if hermit 9, and justice 11, move the tarot energies and teachings,, could the wheel fortune ? and I realized yes it could you get for the devil,, 6 plus nine, becomes devil, 5 plus 10 becomes the devil, and 4 plus 11 becomes the devil !! does it work for other cards ? let us look at the death card. 4 plus nine becomes he death card, 3 plus wheel fortune becomes the death card, and 2 plus justice becomes the death card. I realized further.. for any 1 single card number,, you got 3 cards not just one to go with it. let says we pick the 8 card. strength plus hermit becomes 17 , strength plus wheel of fortune becomes 18, and strength plus justice becomes 19. I started to look deeper at the wheel fortune,, and justice ,, if the hermit is about reaching higher,, and since you subtract the number ,, the justice card must be about going deeper . so the wheel of fortune is about extending into the material realm. a friend who does the 11 as strength card, tried the system and It worked just as well. so I saw the keyword system by Sylvia Abraham.. and in It was the idea that the magican isnt' just the magican,, but also manifests in the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual worlds as ace of pentacles, ace of swords, ace of cups and ace of wands ,, I reasoned further.. if I get the 5 of swords say and I am stuck, just by doing the associations I can say.. furthermore,, the hierophant is manifested in the mental world,, and it has a connection to the devil in the mental world , the temperance card in the mental world, and the tower card in the mental world to give extra depth to the card. perhaps I might say the devil is wanting to manifest here but is afraid to , the person is out having to look at balancing out their mind, and the tower is about facing the world as it is. in this example the other influences are helping.. if the card is say the 7 of cups reversed then the other cards influences are reversed as well. the star energy would be reversed indicating we don't have the faith to move forward, the tower energy reversed is there saying we have to rebuild,, and the moon energy is here, saying we shouldn't given in to instincts or base desires.. all while the original 7 of cups is about trying ot get the courage to choose a cup,, for the chariot is lacking the ambition to do it. so then you could do a whole mediation excerise card by card,, to get this big giant mandela in your head about this works. I watched this movie called the hour of the pig (also as the advocate) ,, it had nicol Williamson as the judge. in key scene the lawyer had made his point,, which was the law..then there was the customs of the people which wrecked the lawyer plans,, I guess it would be unofficial bylaws today. it was called customs and practice. I started to think to myself. it is customary to place the page after 10,, then the knight, the queen, and the king. (depending on what system you use ). this is so long it can be consider practice. .. so pages are 11, knights are 12,, queen is 13, and king is 14 ? yes that works in the system. also , I figure numberology puts too much importance on reducing to prime numbers.. so I figure that regular numbers like 12 , 13. should also stand on their own.. since the number one is so prominent,, it is the magican really working together with the magican energy (this is the double master number some talk about ) in the justice card 11.. magican working with the high priestress to get 12. and keep going til you get to 20.. where 2 becomes important. and reversed the two card energies are at odds.. ,, so for 14.. it would be the magican is at odds with the emperor to cause the temperance to reverse. however I realize it now when I write I should of looked at it.like that.. but instead I looked at it as pure number.. usually the number one is pure will,, I will .. and 4 is stability .. so temperance is my will working with stability to become temperance.. but reversed my will isn't working with stability so that is why temperance is reversed. (note all these numbers have lots of qualities, and keywords in the end you have to pick one that resonates with you ). so you see I hope that any major arcana card,, can stand on its own with its own number.. let say it is 12. the hang man.. 1, I will,, 2 for partnership works together to become the hanged man. but reversed,, I don't will for partnership.. so the hang man is reversed as he doesn't want to sacfrice himself. you can see the magican working together with high priestress to make the hangman.. I will teach you the secrets if you work for it.. you can see the magican in conflict with the high priestress,, I don't want to learn the secrets through this path. you can see the hanged man has the energy of the knights within him , the power to move forward by standing still to suffer so his mind can be free. you can see the hanged man is influenced by the magican,, the highpriestress and the emperesss.. and more so your intuition may see the ace of pentacles, or perhaps the 2 of swords,, or perhaps the 3 of cups to go with the hanged man. yet all you done is see the hanged man in its position defined by its own meaning.. the system of using numerology just makes it richer. !!
