Another newbie here!

Hi everyone,

I just found this forum *yay* after having done some search for one of my favorite decks (Shadowscapes Tarot).

I'm a 'baby witch' and only discovered Tarot a few months ago (together with Oracle cards) but am already head over heels in love!  <3

My collection quickly grew and I now try to learn Tarot & Oracle reading with all of them. Still not quite sure if I should just focus on one or two decks one at a time? (I know, it's suggested to start with the Major Arcana cards first, which I try to do with all my decks right now, even though I'll admit, I'm impatient and want to 'meet' all of the cards.)

My efforts of journaling are a bit all over the place but part of this new path for me is learning how to accept things and go with the flow. ;)

So far I only do readings for myself; mainly daily readings to get a feel/get to know the cards and their messages.

A little more about me; I'm a 42 y.o. German national stay-at-home-mom of 2 teens, 1 cat & 1 dog. Happily married for 18 years; living in PA, USA for the past 5 yrs.

Looking forward to read more here!  X/

Welcome home Val!

All over the place is pretty much the way we all start.

I've been cleaning a tarot info drawer today, if you will PM me your address I'll drop some good stuff in the mail to you.

I go through my decks one a week, and rotate through all I have.

We have a good ongoing group here Deck Of The Week. No rules, no commitments, you can use the same deck for a month if you like. I've done it for years, 12 I think, just makes better financial investment sense to me.

Anyway, welcome home, again

Hi Val!  You came to the right place to study tarot + oracle readings.  We have a mentor program here and I would be happy to work with you on learning to read both decks combined if you'd like.  You can sign up here!

Aww, you're too kind, thank you! :)

I'll check out the group; I haven't had much time yet to surf around yet! I love the idea of using the deck one a week or even for a month!

It seems I can't PM you (yet?)? If you could please send me one, that might work? (Sorry to inconvenience you!)
