If they came in a tuck box, they’re still in the box. If they didn’t (particular traded decks), they’re in drawstring bags. The problem with bags for me is that I have a very hard time remembering what deck is in which. I try to make it relevant - for instance, I know the Tarot of the Sphinx is in the bag with hieroglyphs -  but if it’s the third green knit bag on the shelf, I really have no idea. I should put tags on them or something.

I also have that problem!  ;D  I think bags are better for the decks - less wear and tear every time I get them out vs in and out of a tuck box.  I wish all purchased bags were the quality of Baba bags which actually have some built in protection for the decks not just a pretty picture.  But I need the picture!  Once I got above a certain number of decks I could no longer remember which one was in the black bag or the blue one even if the colour was perfect for the deck.  I do keep those few decks that come in great boxes in their boxes but tuck boxes are murder on a deck.  I think I have to add some tags also. :)

My decks are a bit all over the show in how they're kept; the #1 favourite has a drawstring bag that I made myself, which has progressively been decorated with some charms and a crystal, some of the others are wrapped in scarves with ribbons tied around them, one is wrapped in the remains of an old t-shirt (it had a really groovy design on it) and a couple are still in their original boxes (for now.) I have been pondering making some more tarot bags, there's a lot of really nice fabric out there!
