Readings that are correct and incorrect simultaneously

Hi all, I just thought I'd share some recent readings that I'm having hard time deciding were they 'right' or 'wrong'.

Firstly, about a half a year ago I did a reading for my husband about what would be his next career move. Back then it seemed he'd stay with his then-employer for quite some time. What I thought I got from the reading was: he will (or he should) obtain a bus to take groups to tours to teach them about ecology and environmental values.

He's an environmental professional but has been stuck in lower-level jobs for a few years and I thought maybe this reading was encouraging him to establish his own environmental education business.

Fast forward 6 months and he quite unexpectedly found and got a job as an environmental coordinator, with the task to uphold, expand and promote environmental and ecological values in a large organisation. So, he will 'drive a bus' so to speak to take people on a 'journey' about being more ecological :D

The second reading is about my pregnancy - I'm due in a month and some months ago asked when will the baby be born. I did repeat readings (I know, a big no no) and always go the same answer: on or around 23 February. I thought that's odd because it's a month early.

Now, the baby was not born on that day, but... as a surprise, my friends organised me a baby shower on 24 February where the baby 'was born' in the social sense, as a member of my circles. Baby shower is surprising because it's not a tradition in my culture and I wasn't expecting it. Again, I have no clue whether I'm retrospectively fitting a meaning into a 'wrong' reading or whether the cards were giving me more symbolic (perhaps humorous...) answers :D

Congrats to you Saskia[/member] fingers crossed for your due date and it all goes well  <3

I think with future predictions, you often get something right (unless the whole situation has changed by then) but it's so hard to nail down correctly. I have also had the same thing where I get something right but it's not turned out exactly as I expected! An example of this is that I decided last year to predict the outcomes of the Football World Cup. It was just for fun on my journal here. Apart from one game, I always got the winning team of each match correct but what happened in the match I mostly got wrong. However the actual events that took place were shown, I just didn't predict it right, so some things were amazingly right but other stuff I can only see with hindsight!

Future predictions are hard and I think often turn out in obscure ways that we didn't see. You got the bus for your hubby but a metaphysical driving :) You got a due date, but for your baby shower. I think predictions nearly always do this but then I wonder if you have years and years of experience of predicting, you get more precise. I am interested to find this out in forthcoming years about myself :)

I remember I decided to predict the actual due date of my sister in law 18 months ago. I didn't want to predict anymore than that, just the date of arrival and it was wrong! I predicted a month before and her first son was unexpectedly a month early, born by being induced because they became worried about infection and the situation became high risk, so one month early seemed to fit again. But he was really a late baby and in the end I was picking cards for each overdue day, will he come today? I didn't get that one right at all  ;D

My daughter wanted a position in the company she works for. l did some cards to see if it would happen for her.  l had a lovely 3 card reading saying she would get the job  l decided not to tell her l wanted her to have the pleasure of telling me.

As it happened she didn't get the vacancy she was after, but she did get a much better one a week later within the company!

So it was wrong but it was right  :D

Wishing you all happiness for the new baby  <3
