hello everyone! i just found this forum a few days ago (used to be on AT as mcjw) and am so glad to find a new tarot community.

 

my name is meg, and i'm a freelance photographer and tarot reader/writer. i'm 3am.tarot[/member] on instagram which is my main tarot community. i've been reading for about 3.5 years and do private readings as well as monthly tarotscopes. i live in nyc and am trying to do more in-person meet-ups, as most of my work has been very personal and solitary.

 

i came to tarot after growing up in conservative evangelicalism, looking to reclaim faith and spirituality in a way that felt authentic. i'm self-taught, so even though tarot has become an essential part of my daily life and is incredibly important to me, i know that i still have a lot to learn. my philosophy around tarot is that every single reading can teach us something new about the cards, and is an opportunity for growth.
