Guest libra Posted March 17, 2019 Posted March 17, 2019 If you look up "Birth Cards" either in the forum or through Google, you'll find a calculation method based on your birthday that tells you Soul, Personality and sometimes Shadow cards. They are as important as you make them in your tarot practice! For me, they really are important. Doing the calculations and finding my cards and exploring them in depth was a spiritual exercise, and each year I revisit them with my "Year Card" to get an idea of what growth the next year of my life is likely to bring. I also love to look into new client's "Birth Card Constellation", so their birth cards, but also a set of cards that come from their zodiac sign, to get an idea of who they are, what their purpose in life is and what ways they are likely to be recieve a message from my cards. I've found them to be invaluable to my tarot work, and yet others see no value in them at all, and that's totally fine! Their importance for you is something you'll have to decide :)
