Fools dog purchased decks on new phone?

Hi all,

has anybody purchased decks on the Fool's Dog app and then changed to a new phone?

I just got my new phone, migrated everything, but can't get the decks I had bought through the app anymore. They are not on google-play anymore for me, and nowhere in my list of apps that I have.

 

emailed the app-people but no reply so far.

Do you still have your old phone ? If it's anything like books on an android, I had to go to the website where I got the books and add my "new device" to the allowable places. If you log in to fool's dog, is there anything like that ?

Thanks gregory, there is nothing on the site to log on. I still have the old phone. I'm gonna try to find any files and see if there are any if I can move them manually.... hmmm....

I hope the developer will eventually get back to me. Fingers crossed :)

Make sure you're logged into your new phone with the account that you previously used to purchase the apps. (!)

Go to the Google Play Store, then choose the navigation in the upper left hand corner. (Three horizontal lines.)

Go to "My apps & games", then "Library" and they should all be there to add to your device.

Hi @peacewing, sorry I never updated on the thread. The developer did get in touch after a while, they were having problems. It took a couple of months but it is all sorted now and I have all my decks back on my phone. Thank you for the help 🙂

They are different versions in the google store and apple store, so if you bought them not through the google store you usually have to buy them again. Learned that the hard way when I switched from apple to android. Not sure if this is the issue.
