Crystal_Ashes Posted April 9, 2019 Posted April 9, 2019 Hi hi! I am the new gal from Canada. I've been reading Tarot for about 6 weeks now, and I found my way here from a Biddy webinar. Happy to be here and meet people and expand my practice. I love reading Tarot and have really invested myself in learning as much as I can, every day.
RowanHood Posted April 9, 2019 Posted April 9, 2019 hi and welcome, I'm new here myself. What decks do you have?

Tarot is a rewarding path, and there is always something new to learn along the way. If I may ask, what part of Canada? I'm planning to relocate to British Columbia as soon as I can (was born in Edmonton, but live in California now).
modern oracle Posted April 9, 2019 Posted April 9, 2019 Hey Crystal_Ashes (cool name) Welcome :) I am new here too. Also set to do the Biddy webinar, tomorrow actually! I am currently about 1/3 of the way through Brigit's podcast library. She is great, grounded and authentic. Are you part of the Biddy Tarot Community? I've only seen the waiting list.

Crystal_Ashes Posted April 10, 2019 Author Posted April 10, 2019 hi and welcome, I'm new here myself. What decks do you have? Hey Rowan! I have the classic Rider Weight Tarot deck, and two oracle decks (Crystal Healing Oracle & Moon Oracle). I am working hard to connect with the Rieder Weight deck. I wish it was just a touch more feminine. I feel like I WANT a new tarot deck that is based on the classic Rieder Weight deck, but I don't know the Rieder Weight deck very well yet, and if I got a second tarot deck, then I would have to learn two decks. I might get Thoth in a few months, but then again, I'm in no rush. What decks do you have?

What brought you to Cali?

What did you think of the webinar? I thought the chatting with the others at the beginning was great, but I hated how they turned off the chat during the webinar and at the end. It seemed so...controlling. She was pitching this idea about finding our tribe and connecting with a community, but completely preventing us from networking with other people. I didn't like that at all. It was aggressive. How was your experience?
Guest libra Posted April 10, 2019 Posted April 10, 2019 Oh hello fellow west coasters! I'm near Van too :)
