I like the Nine of Pentacles. She has everything she needs. She's managed to harness something wild for a practical purpose. Her home is secure, yet there is plenty of room for growth.

 

The Queen of Wands doesn't speak to me the way the Nine of Pentacles does. She seems more serious. More aware of responsibility. Pondering creative solutions to whatever she's perplexed by.

For me l have always read the black cat as being her intuitive and psychic companion.  Cats are mysterious and knowing, so may represent her inner self.
