Hello TT&M community,

So quite some time has passed since the shut down of AT forum and I finally found the courage to register to another tarot community

I have been on and off tarot for 7 years but I have not yet had the aha moment when I feel the cards ''speak'' to me (since I normally interpret the cards in  more methodical way and not the intuitive way) but I hope I will be able to get back with with the tarot study and find it soon

Happy to continue my tarot journey with you guys here!

Hello and welcome!

To be honest I'm not 100% certain that I found myself this famous " aha moment"! 😀

Well, it doesn't matter, actually it's all a process I think, ...so confidence!!

Don't worry. It can be hard to pick up the intuitive way. I have yet to master that skill myself. I hope you find your aha moment ^^

Hello and Welcome!

I'm a former ATer too who just recently got around to looking for a new group.

Regarding the voice of the cards... I think the fact that I learned with the Celtic Cross held me back a bit in the past. Two many cards all speaking at once!

Welcome kudos and yes Mcfaire I went on the same quest myself. I was tired of the impermanence of Facebook groups.

Glad you came here!

Thanks guys, sometimes I still wished that Solandia had decided to pass the administration of the forum to other person/people but I guess sometimes a fresh start is not a bad idea. I continued to consult the old post from AT for a while but I miss the interaction and advice with other tarot enthusiast so here I am. I am not entire sure about this but I think also thirteen is a member of TT&M forum, right?

Oh regarding the voice, maybe I made a mistake starting with Soprafino tarot (which is still the only deck that I use for reading) which is base on marseille system. Since there are not much illustration sometimes it is very hard to interpret the minor, most of the time I can only realize the message only after the event...

@kudos91is that system based on numerology? You could always study numbers focused information to help you remember the different meanings if the images aren't there.

yes that system is based on numerology, and sometimes I see that if I use numerology system the meaning can be quite different from Waite system, I guess if I continue to use my deck it is better to focus on 1 system alone...

Yes I would choose one style and stick to that until you master it and are ready to learn more. That way you don't get overwhelmed with information overload.

Hi, @kudos91:animated-smileys-waving-065:

Nice to meet you! (I was aware of Aeclectic, but wasn’t registered there.)

(You know, I don’t believe you made a mistake with the Soprafino, because if you like it to use it all of the time, it’s obviously for you. 🙂

And with cards speaking to you, they can come to do that with the methodical approach too. 🙂 )
