Member Search

Looking for a member I can't QUITE remember the name of..... but I do know the first syllable....

 

NIGHTMARE. Is there the facility to have a member search where you can at least go to the right letter of the alphabet ?

There are so few to a page and so few pages you can jump to.

 

If not that, can one toggle to a simple list with a LOT to a page ?

ETA well, I did find a SLIGHTLY improved method and found her - but still - an alphabet option would help.

I really miss the A to Z layout of the old forum for finding members. That is one of the (very) few disappointing things about the new software, listing members is a bit difficult and searching as well when you don't know the exact name.

I found you CAN start typing and after a couple of letters you get suggestions - but still....

You can do 'sort by username' and that would then be alphabetical. Does that not help?

Up to a point. There are 182 pages with a mere 12 members to a page, and you don't know which page to aim for !

Just alphabet tags like the image I posted would help. But it may not be possible here, I realise that.

@gregory very sorry but there is no other option. You will have to scroll through pages if you only know the initial letter of a username.
