Having Dreams Living The Life of My Tarot Clients? How do I Clear My Energy?

I have been having reoccurring dreams as a different race of woman that feels very real and about my(her) family and going about what feels like very real circumstances and events with the people in my life from this particular family; mostly just living normal people scenarios not my usual crazy dream scenarios-a;; (of this different race)...I just did a reading for one of my regular clients and realized the situation in my dreams of who i am is lining up with her circumstances as well as the race of my "dream family" and these are repetitive-they happen alot now from what i can remember every couple days so I am pretty sure i'm taking on her energy as i do consciously link into their energy before readings through a quick meditation and i don't "disengage" afterwards just because idk i don't worry too much about energy links unless they feel especially negative....does this happen to anyone else? How do you clear energy before and after readings?? I am a bit of an energy sponge at times-and have had people in my life i'd just met where ill dream about stuff that happened to them and it's confirmed to be true when i ask so i guess its not a terrible thing but who knows what happens when you take on too many people's energy i imagine it depletes you for sure...I bet i'd be bursting with energy if i stopped soaking so much of other people's stuff

Hey, Stars! The way I disengage is a prayer. I ask the Divine to come between me and the person I read for and to cut off any entangled energies. I also visualize a purple-flamed sword, or pair of scissors, slicing off any energetic ties. I also light some sage. When I can, I touch a tree and ask it to ground back into Mother Earth any excess energy that I don't need to take home with me. You'll find a method what works best for you. Perhaps ask your Deck how best to do this.
