Cilla Conway Posted August 11, 2019 Posted August 11, 2019 I never know what I'm doing on these forums, but this is (I hope) to introduce myself. Can't see if my name comes up though I guess it does. Anyway, I'm Cilla Conway, the artist behind The Intuitive Tarot (1 and 2), the Devas of Creation, the Byzantine Tarot, and my new deck, The Shimmering Veil Tarot. This one is off to the printers when I finally stop fiddling with it. I haven't managed to insert an image in here yet, which is a bit frustrating. It says insert image but only gives me a URL - which really isn't what I want. Help, anyone ?

Tap the 3 lines in the top right corner 2. Tap Account 3. Tap Profile 4. On the left side...top button is home... then the logo... then a small icon that looks like a photo offer gallery icon on most phones... if you click that thou can add a profile photo from your phone. Good luck... if I figure out that big photo area I'll come back.

Cilla Conway Posted August 12, 2019 Author Posted August 12, 2019 It won't be available on Amazon, only from me, as with the IT2. I fund my decks myself whenever I can. I'm only getting 500 printed, which is borderline limited edition, but hope to keep the price around £42 excl p&p. I will pay the customs fees when the printer delivers the decks, and up to now no one has paid customs duties on individual purchases in the US, as far as I know. Whereabouts are you?
gregory Posted August 12, 2019 Posted August 12, 2019 I just googled you and I am OK now - I'm in the UK ! I have the IT, from 2004 - which says it's Connections/Eddison Sadd. That's the IT1, I think ? Was the 2 much changed ?
Cilla Conway Posted August 12, 2019 Author Posted August 12, 2019 The IT2 is larger, borderless but with a black title border. But the IT1 is still many people's favourite. And, given that it's OOP, it's probably always be worth more than the IT2!

The image I'm uploading is the happiest I can think of - I don't think it'll be in any of my decks, but I had fun painting it.

I would come up with the images and the poor man would have to write something to fit - unlike his normal collaborations, where he would suggest to the artist what imagery to produce. I remember when I sent him the 2 Swords he was like no, the swords are completely wrong and no-one could hold them like that. I said well, I'm afraid in this image, they are that long and he does hold them like that. His interpretation is masterly.

I watched that before I bought the deck.
